Reliable Network – Well Considered
Every server has an active/passive automatic failover uplink, to two individual Cisco switches which each have a dedicated 1Gbps uplink to the datacentre’s redundant core switches. We utilise dual power feeds from the datacentre to our server cabinets, these are distributed by APC power distribution bars to provide dual power feeds to every server. Our Dell and Supermicro servers are protected by 3ware hardware RAID10 for all storage. In the unlikely event of any failures, we hold a full stock inventory of every component in our network, located on-site for prompt replacement.
SolusVM Control Panel
All VPS come with free access to our SolusVM control panel. SolusVM is a web interface for our host nodes, giving you full control of your VPS including resource graphs, serial console access, VNC access, reboots, network information, unlimited rebuilds to a selection of operating systems and much more.
Xen-PV is one of two Xen platforms we provide. Every VPS is allocated dedicated physical resources from the node server and is completely isolated from every other VPS. With Xen-PV you are able compile and load your own kernel modules or your own kernel entirely. There is no possibility for us to oversell our physical node’s resources with the Xen-PV platform.
