Reliable Network

Our network has been designed for maximum redundancy. Every server has an active/passive automatic failover uplink, to two individual Cisco switches which each have uplinks to the datacentre’s redundant core switches.

99.9% SLA

With our redundancy measures in place, we are confident any network outages will be few and far between and for a minimal amount of time. We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our network on each calendar month.

Servers

Our Dell and Supermicro servers are protected by hardware RAID for all storage. In the unlikely event of any failures, we hold an inventory of components in our network, located on-site for prompt replacement.
